Artists can apply until July 15th 2011 with their book dummy. A jury panel will view all applications and they shortlist the ten best dummies, which will be presented to the visitors during the PHOTO+ART BOOK Hamburg 2011.

Prof. F. C. Gundlach

 

Founding Director of the House of Photography, Hamburg, Germany and successful fashion photographer. He is an active collector and curator and is well-known for both publishing and being the author of various photography publications.

     
 

Michael Klein-Reitzenstein

 

Manager of the "Buchhandlung im Haus der Photographie" since 2005, photo book expert and collector.

 

 

     

 

 

 

Andreas Magdanz

 

Freelance artist,
since 2008 lecturer for artistic photography at the RWTH Aachen, department of pictorial design. Editor of the famous photo book "Marienthal". Initiator of MagBooks, the first animated photo books for iPhone and iPad.

     

 

 

 

 

Henrik Malmström

 

is a photographer born in Bangkok, Thailand and has lived in Finland since a young age. He is currently based in Hamburg, Germany. His first monograph, "On Borrowed Time", was self-published in 2010 to critical acclaim. Besides working with books he also teaches in photography.

     

 

 

 

Robert Morat

 

The Robert Morat Gallery focuses on contemporary photography and photography of the 20th century, showing alternating exhibitions by German and international photographers. An affiliated small book-shop offers a selected range of books and magazines on photography.

     
 

Ute Noll

 

Curator, recently Co-editor of Hijacked.

 Since 2005 she teaches at the FH Dortmund, 

since 2009 at the Fachhochschule Bielefeld. 

Ute Noll Agency founded the on-Photography.com.

  In her gallery UNO ART SPACE in Stuttgart,

  international photography is shown.

Ingo Taubhorn

 

Curator of “the House of Photography in den Deichtorhallen Hamburg, Germany since 2006. He is a convened member of the German Photography Academy and teaches both photography and visual media at the Fachhochschule Bielefeld, Germany.

     
 

Hannes Wanderer 

 

Founder of the publishing house Peperoni-Books. Many of his books have won awards, most recently Michael Wolf's 
"Tokyo Compressions", which got the German Photo Book Prize.
